Part 1 - How to make a Pregnant Woman Cake Topper for a baby shower cake.
Fondant Recipe: Fondant Recipe: • How to make LMF Fondan...
Purchase tylose powder online: www.amazon.com/...
*A lot of people have asked how I attach the head to the neck. All I do is put a little water on the neck that we formed in part 1 and after forming the head shape, you just push it onto the neck just until the bottom of the head covers the top of the neck or looks proportionate (not too long/short). Hope this helps.

Try using gum paste, it's the same as putting Tylo (CMC) to the icing. I prefer to use this. I have the same issue to get the shape of the arms and the legs right, but if you make the arms put them into the shape and position you need and leave them to dry for 24 hours before you stick them on, this helps a lot! If your icing dries out, I learnt a new trick last week, you can add a very tiny amount (bit on the end of your finger) of liquid glycerine to the icing, need it in, works a treat! :)

This is totally perfect! The vid keeps cutting off when your about to do the neck... I'm on my phone so I'll have to try play it on my laptop coz up till that point... Best figure tutorial EVER! I want to make this girl but not pregnant... I'm assuming the only thing you do differently is not add the ball for the belly? Or do u have to shape the body differently? Thanks so much for this tutorial it's just fab

So I've just started this figure (but not pregnant) tonight... You make it look so easy! But it's not as easy as it looks to get the right proportions etc. your amazing! I'm having trouble with my fondant cracking only 5 mins after I've finished with a piece... Did I put too much tylose in it? Do you make your own fondant or buy it? I'm up to the top half of the body but I'll have to tackle that tomorrow coz it seems to be the hardest part!

So so nice of you to share this. I was easily able to recreate this lady using sculpey clay. But when I tried to do this with the fondant it cracked and the legs broke and fell off like they were too heavy. Do you have any advise? I'm having a terrible time with it. It doesn't stretch like. What canI do?

Hi! Maybe your fondant is too old or dry, that's why it brokes itself. I always work the fondant in my hands a lot to heat it so it becomes warm and elastic. Another thing I do is using the whole pack of fondant at once, because although you keep it in good conditions it will begin to dry, and craking once you use it. Hope this helps you! ;)

Question about adding tylose powder. I read today, that add to fondant and sit for 24hrs before use. You seen to add this as you go along. Can you add in advance and does it keep without hardening when wrapped. Also, i read elsewhere, how to make the tylose glue, and says only keeps 2 weeks in fridge, do you agree with that? Thanks
