Finally prepared the twice baked potato recipe for tonight's dinner, and....Boy, oh, Boy was it good!! I had always wondered how restaurants make twice baked potato. Thanks for the simple instructions, which were very easy to follow. And, the end results was delicious. You are the BEST!!! PS: Also, I cooked the smothered pork chops, grown gravy, rice, corn, potato salad this past Sunday dinner, except I substituted turkey fillet instead of pork, as I don't eat red meat. That dinner was a big hit in my family!!
