When building an AirCrete house it takes a LOT of AirCrete! Over time the quality and volume of the foam machine can decrease. This causes longer mixing times and lower quality foam.
The regional foam wand worked great but over time it needed to be replaced. Now with version two of the foam wand its possible to quickly take it apart and renew the inside by replacing the stainless-steel wool pads or remove compaction and contamination from the existing pads.
In this video you get a parts list and more-or-less step-by-step directions on how to assemble-make-build this improved foam wand os you can be ready to build your AirCrete House with less troubles.

Thanks Daniel! Makes it easier to maintain the wand rather than constantly throwing away the entire wand because it has reached the end of is life span! Had a GREAT time at the April workshop and I will be back!

Have you tried using steel studs as a form to pour aircrete panels? I've seen videos using the steel studs or just plane making aircrete panels and setting them in place with a special crane. Seems like it would be easy to just stand the panels up to make the walls. What do you think?

I think steel studs act like very large heat sinks to bring heat into a structure during the summer and let heat out during the winter. Here touching a metal stud inside a building will almost blister your hand.
