How does an AirCrete Foam Machine work?
Just like blowing bubbles through the bubble wand soap coats stainless steel wool and air blows tiny bubbles through the tiny spaces making very fine bubbles.

All you need is an input to the wand. 1.2 gallons per minute water pump and 4cfm @ 90 psi air compressor with adjustable regulator. T or Y the input together into a single line and feed the wand. It's magic.

It's "National" Pipe Thread, not "normal". Little things like that matter when talking to other people... And you're using your channel locks backwards. Turn them around the other direction when tightening something. That's how they're designed to work. I'm just sayin'.... :)

A basic foam machine will cost about $170 and the Air Compressor rated at 4 CFM @ 90 PSI about $300. Forms can cost $400 and upwards depending on size and materials used. Slip forms save money on form materials. Depending on if you build a large house a forms all the way around or just a small section to build a little at a time can greatly affect the price of forms. Making bricks could save some cost on forms, but increases the work.

She's a widow and she's been going through a lot of no struggle and so I'm just trying to use aircrete to help people you need to put your health that I can get with the knowledge of how to get the ball rolling is appreciated beyond belief

Wire power to switch, connect switch to one wire of solenoid & pump. Take the remaining wire from solenoid & pump and connect together with netural wire from plug. Connect pump output with solenoid output into a T or Y. Then the remaining hose connection goes to the foam wand. Connect air regulator output to input of solenoid, connect the input of air regulator to air hose. Finally connect input of pump to hose and place in foam solution with filter and weight. It's really simple. I'll try to remember to post up the details.

If you add a set of stop pins at both ends, then you won't need to worry about which end is which. It should then be bidirectional. Also your drilling practices are downright dangerous, and you should at least clamp down your material to the bench before drilling....if you don't have a vice use some vice grips. You'll lose a finger if you hold things with your hands while drilling or injure your hand. Drills are powerful tools.
