Hi Anna. Love your videos! I’m going to try to make my grandmother’s Christmas tradition- Mocha Squares. Yellow cake cut into 1” cubes, mocha frosting on all sides, rolled in peanut pieces. She served this after lighting the candles on the Christmas tree. Happy holidays!

Question I've seen recipes for apple 🍎 crisp where you pre cook apples a bit before adding crisp topping. Would you suggest that ?

Hi Laura! You could simply omit it withour changing or weakening the flavour of the trifle as a whole.
