I have the Carly adapter with my 09 335i convertible and I love it! I've done a lot with it including the side mirrors controlled with key fab and now am able to put the top down while in motion instead of having to be stopped. Highly recommend Carly for any BMW owner and you're right the first time you clear a default instead of going to a dealer you have your money back!

i drive a 2001 330CI which has LED read taillight bulbs, and no changes anywhere else. it does this flicker, but i only notice this on the read tailights and front turn signals. (maybe the fronts been changed to LED too) would my car be doing the "same" check?? it has a indash "car" that shows all lamps in red which the dash light color is read but all four corners are the same red color.....

I have the same thing happening to my new Led low beam lights, and nothing else. It's on a 2005 Mini Cooper R50 what do I need to do to get it to stop flickering when i just turn key without starting the car? it stops after it turns on.

See on my Bmw 2007 550i e60 I installed HIDs 55W and they turn on for like 1 minue perfectly working and they start to flicker and they shut off and when I was inside my vehicle it was like glitching my dash and shit and after you turn them off the glitches goes away so what do you is my problem????? Yes you can, you can set the bulbs to only be on when you use your turn signals and after that they stay off, i have this feature on my E92 and it makes it look better👌

Yes is can be coded out. I just did it on my E92. I used ncsexpert software to do it with the cable and my laptop. The cord was 15-20 and the software is free.

My halos still flicker. I have the Carly app. It only flicker when the headlight are on with it. Sometime the rear inner tail light will flicker too. Feel so frustrated

Thank you! My F20 with Philips X Treme Ultinon Led H7 is doing the Flickering. I thought it might be some problem with the lamps, but the Flickering only happens in the first few seconds after powering the car battery, then it becomes normal.

+GrimeGenie at full brightness they are only about 10% as bright as the actual headlights. The halos on the new F models are much brighter still

I had a different problem with my lights. Supposedly there is an error count on the frm and it shuts the circuit off. Turning off the light completely making it a nightmare for you to bring the light back to life. I been told there is a way to reset the frm but i have not come across someone that can do that. At least not here in the states. Another way would be in just buying another frm unit and do the swap but these units are specific to you vehicle. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. 💪

I dont think so. LED’s work differently than traditional tungsten filament bulbs and flickering shouldnt effect the lifespan at all

I have a 328i with after market led headlights I noticed the flicker when I first started the car for about 10 seconds then it would go away, but now when I hit my fog lights they flicker all the time. Will this help and fix that problem??

I have the Carly for iPhone and the Adapter II for BMW. I installed headlight LEDs and get errors. The lights even turn off sometimes, so driving at night is really bad. I tried to code the headlight check, but see there is a 1/2 and 2/2. Why two. So, I selected off for both 1/2 and 2/2 for left and right headlights. No change in my 2013 X3. The LED headlights still are causing errors and flashing on and off.

I tried to put LED bulbs in my car but it did the check and thought all the bulbs were burnt out, so nothing would work. I had to take everything back out and replace the stock halogens. I wish I could have the nice bright LED’s. I have a 2014 328d s drive sedan
