Conteiner size 15 x 20 x 10 cm in height
(ingredients) 6 pieces
Bread flour 240g
1 tablespoon (10 g) sugar
1 teaspoon (5g) salt
1 teaspoon (4g) instant dry yeast
60g milk
110g hot water
25g unsalted butter
1/4 egg (for polishing)

Put the ingredients in the container
Mix the milk with boiling water and put it
Let it rest for 15 minutes when mixed.
Add butter and mix while cutting
Knead 50 times by hand and primary fermentation until doubled
Cut the dough into 6 equal parts and roll
Make the dough into a drop shape and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll it to a length of 20 cm with a rolling pin and gently roll it from the thickest one.
Secondary fermentation by pinching both ends until doubled
Apply a thin layer of beaten egg to the surface
12-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 190C / 380F degrees
Finish by baking while watching the color
