Very nice! I love love LOVE the containers they have at dream vessels and I have been looking for something different, I like that they seperate by colors, my company colors are purple and gold so I am going to purchase the tins they have on sale in purple since that is really hard to find in a tin, with shipping they only come to about $20 per dozen which is not too bad, I also watched your video on sealing the tins, so when I get them I will seal them as they suggested, thanks for all your wonderful videos, and good luck with your business ......

Just a thought- these containers are so beautiful and can be used afterward for other items. With the glue used, it would be impossible to remove the metal tab. With the wick stickers, they hold the wick in place yet can be removed later.

Hi Linda, you can go to candlescience.com and find which wick is best to use. They have a wick guide that comes in handy. As for the fragrance you can only use fragrance oils specifically for candles. You can find these fragrance oils at Candle Science or Nature's Garden online. Hope this helps

Silas Gann Hello there! I am certainly not Jeff, but figured I would chime in and try to suggests few for you. I personally buy fragrance oils from many suppliers. But Candle Science is truly one of those companies that has pretty darn good FO's. You can't go wrong IMO. Some of my favs for Fall/Winter include Hansel & Gretel's House, Christmas Hearth and Blue Spruce! But their Caramelized Pralines and Egyptian Amber are amazing year round fragrances. I do also use H&G House year round as to me it's an all around great bakery fragance and extremely popular! Anyways, HTH! Enjoy your venture... Candle making is lots of fun! 😇

So I have decided to make my own candles. I am using GW 464 Soy Wax and I am making polycarbonate Tealights. I do not have any fragrances or expensive essential oils. Would the candle still have a scent if I added the cheaper essential oil you can buy from $2 dollar shops? And if it did, would it be better to put more oil in and exactly how much would you use? And what time is the best to add the fragrance to get the strongest smell? One more question. I have heard that you can use herbs and spices (e.g. paprika) to colour your candle but it would be a fainter colour. Could this work instead of the dye blocks or other more expensive colourings or would you not recommend it? Thank you so much for your time

Jen Nguyen It can vary honestly but the wax typically takes 15-20 minutes to melt down, add oil, pour and let cool for an hour to an hour and a half and you’re done. That’s why it’s a good idea to pour as many as you can at one time. You can pour a lot during that time. I poured around 72 the other day in about 4-5 hours.
