Carbonara Pizza takes two of my all-time favourite dishes and combines them into one. There is absolutely nothing better than a perfectly cooked pizza dough topped with creamy carbonara sauce, rich guanciale and cheese - lots of cheese! This recipe is a little different to what I would typically add to a pizza, but it’s been kept authentic and is a must-try. Do not let your tastebuds miss out on this Carbonara pizza recipe, it is an experience.

Don’t know if you know it but I have a house close to Cassino ……Atina ….. ti vogllio dire …… that carbonara pizza …. Well ….. better we talk private …. Pizza carbonara is bloody awesome!!!! I wanted to order a pizza tonight and the restaurant offers it with.... *start counting to 50 from here* tomato sauce, "cheese" (should be parmesan! not some general form..cheese" ((I am from Netherlands, we got loads of different kind of cheese))), ham(WTH?), salame (eh??), and spek (translates to.. errr.. fat? "spek" is from the pork ok. bacon comes closest to the translation but you need guancale!) I have to add EGG as an additive!!!! Can you image??? One ingredient that makes the foundation of Carbonara I have to add!!! ARGGHHH!!!! I am 0% Italian but things like this bring out the Italian in me. Can't imagine what this stupidity does to Italians. Things that make Carbonara are additives and things that shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence with carbonara or default??? ARGGHH!! I notice that Vincenzo uses pecorino though... Seen several recipes where some use peco, some use peco+parm. But at Lago di Garda I was told to just use Parmasan. Guancale is already salty so adding a salty cheese like Peco isn't needed... better to just use Parma then.... Guess it comes down to your own liking? **confused**

Vincenzo are you really out of your mind? You might get in trouble for this, I'm not Italian though but this is crazy. I'm worried that your gonna get in trouble for putting pasta on a pizza.
