How to make Cherry Pie Filling.

If you have ever needed a cherry pie filling and you have always bought it in the store in a can. I am going to show you how you can make this at home with a few ingredients. 4 cups pitted cherries
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Zest of one Lemon (Optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
