My grandmother passed when I was young and didn't get a chance to learn a lot of her recipes but she is the one who started me cooking. I just started cooking with Mexican chiles about 3wks ago. I knew nothing about cooking with Mexican chiles. Till one day my husband and I went to the fruit/veg market and I smelled the aroma of the chiles. It was so strong but yet smelled so good. To make the story short I bought different ones made my own recipes and these chiles made it taste awesome. I wrote my recipes down for my FYI. Love love... than I came across your videos I adore your grandma that's one reason why I watch her, Love her cooking. I wanted to know more about cooking with chiles and hope soon I will start making some of your recipes. Tell your grandma I'm a big fan of hers.
