I have had Chicken Marsala in a Restaurant it was good but then about a week or 2 l bought all the Ingredients and l made it myself home made everything and trying for the first time it came out sooo good plenty of the sauce and lots of mushroom and onions and l put 2 gloves of garlic served it with Egg Noodles and fresh String Beans my family Really Loved It.!! P.S I used wonder flour it's a very lite flour the cutlets they were nice and golden brown and very juicy.

Beef base or beef paste when u add the marsala helps darken the sauce color and enhance the mushroom flavors "Chef tips n tricks"
