Thank you so much Henry! Over twenty years ago I went to visit my friends. They weren’t home but their teenage daughter was making PadThai. I had never heard of it and was amazed at her culinary prowess! I loved it from that moment on but have never made it as I didn’t really know how. I love your channel and repeatedly look to it. I live now in a small country village of about 500 in Saskatchewan Canada where our temperature ranges from below -40 C to a high just above 40 C. Health issues prevent travel for me but your cuisine allows me to live my best life and enjoy the taste of far off cultures. I even made adas pilau and took it to the seniors potluck a few months ago, sharing Persian cuisine with farm folks some of whom have not travelled outside of our province or country. So well done Henry!! Your recipes and channel are deeply appreciated by your loyal fans who wish you all the best life holds from around the globe 🌎 ♥️
