How to Make Chocolate from Cacao Fruit! Part 3

In part 1, I removed the cacao beans from the fruit, fermented them and dried them for 7 days.
In part 2, I roasted the beans, smashed them and peeled them until we have cacao nibs!
In part 3, I blend the cacao nibs with sugar until it's powder-like and then add cacao butter until it's smooth and consistency. I transfer to a chocolate mold, let it set in the freezer for 15 minutes, and wow, we have homemade chocolate!!

I already at the stage it become paste, i add oil and it still not going liquid.

Wow! I just saw josh Weismann blend for 24 hours. This seems way easier. Why 24 hours??

Wow really? It took me about 10 minutes to stop and scrape down the blender, but it wasn't bad at all!! Definitely not 24 hours!!

Her looks good but I did noticed the finished product looks a bit grainy! Blending longer and tempering the chocolate will make it a lot better!
