Question what level are cooking this on low medium or medium high when covering it to simmer?

That depends on whether you have an electric stove or a gas stove if it's electric on level 3 if it's gas between low and medium

I've always heard these were hard to do! You sure made them look easy here. I like to adapt traditional recipes sometimes and take them to the grill. I did some smoked cabbage once, and even then I was thinking of doing some smoked greens. I'll have to try this one for sure. Good stuff!

I’ll throw a jalapeño in there and just take the tip end of a knife and poke a couple of holes in the bottom of the pepper just 2 released the flavor…… Then I fish it out at the end. And then sometimes just mash it up and add it to my own personal bowl :) Just gives a nice flavor without much heat at all . Thanks for sharing. I’m hungry now.

I would say 50. They are pretty hearty grains, and don’t break down super easily.

Along with your very sweet voice, your video was very detailed and easy to follow. I've actually never eaten collards with turkey meat. This I will for sure try. It's all about seasoning the broth, collard green flavor doesn't change until seasoned. Great job, go to the head of the class. Yum, but I like green pepper sauce.

10 minutes with the turkey in the broth. 50 minutes after greens are added. 10 minutes after shredded turkey. 70 minutes total
