Top tip, put the steak in the freezer for 30 minutes as it's easier to cut thin strips when it's firmer.

Girl you are the bomb diggity this recipe is better than the restaurant. This taste completely authentic. If I use your recipes I will not have to go out for Asian. I am so amazed and I have shared this recipe and your Channel with my sister and my children. With rice this is enough for three meals maybe 4. Again I am so blown away wow! This recipe I've made several times now it is better than Panda Express it's so much cheaper to make better than any restaurant . It is my favorite dish so I've been eating this for years but now I'm making it for myself and it is better. I am allergic to bell peppers but oddly enough I'm not allergic to hot peppers I used jalapenos and cook them with the onions and added some dried chilies this is amazing it really is just the base recipe even if you wouldn't put any peppers in it at all is fabulous. Thank you so so much for this recipe I have shared it with everyone and hopefully they are liking and sharing your videos and subscribing to your channel as I do.
