Great 2 vids on how to do it properly. Well done. What was the final gravity in the end and the abv? 1080 to 998? makes it about 11%. I'm going to make it this year but will bottle in Champagne bottles even though I have Corny Kegs.

wow that fizz in the glass at the end when you poured had me watering at the mouth, problem is I don't think we have elderflowers in France, would it work with others like roses etc.

TheJoshGable I believe they are common across Northern Europe so depending where you are in France there should be some around, never tried with different flowers but might work

this was force carbonated in the keg rather than bottle conditioned so no sediment to worry about
