Just try the recipe with just three ingredients and add the chocolate chips to it. 1) One Cup of sugar 2) One Egg 3) One Cup of Peanut butter and then add the chocolate chips to it bake it for about 8 to 10 minutes depending on your oven and there you go.

Melissa Murphy Try this for a low carb / gluten free version: healthylivinghowto.com/1/post/2012/04/cookie-monsters.html I've tried the recipe and replaced chocolate chips for peanut butter to make peanut butter cookies. They taste absolutely delicious, I think because peanut butter really goes well with the almond flour already called for in the recipe.

Melissa Murphy Have only tried it with the bit of coconut flour, but adding extra almond flour probably would still work. You can also buy coconut flour from online retailers like Amazon or Netrition.com if its not available locally to you. I found some at HEB and Tom Thumb.
