I made a peach pie with frozen peaches once and it made SO MUCH juice that we were draining it by the scoop! I put flour in my filling mixture, followed the recipe, everything. Should the fruit have been thawed first?? I ended up having to put the pie tin on the stove to cook the bottom crust - I'd never seen anything like it!!!

That’s the recipe I learned 45+ years ago. Old school, and legit. Gotta show the oven tho who the cooker is. Grace! Character! Integrity, as not even missing a beat 😂🎉😅

Easiest way to peel a peach is to cut a X on the bottom of the peach then put them into a pot of rolling boiling water for about 3-5 min. Run the peaches under cold water and slip off the peel!

This was a complete fail. I need to know how “much” of each thing you add. Like a recipe. But to go find the recipe in the list of a thousand plus adds…..it would have been much easier for those like me who fail at baking to just say how much sugar and brown sugar right as you dump…very frustrating to me. 😢😢
@Ilove.539 Жыл бұрын
4-5 peaches depending on how much you’re making 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 or 3/4 cup of brown sugar depending if u want your cobbler to be sweeter 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg 1 tablespoon of cornstarch or u could make a slurry with water to make it thicker Topping: I think she measure it out You can put it back in there for another 8-10 mins. It shouldn’t take long
