Um hello why didn't anyone prepare us for how hard it would be to make friends once you're out of school 🫠
In this video, I share 8 tips that have helped me to make friends as an adult once I finished school. It was certainly not an easy journey but it was so worthwhile. Not only did I end up making true friends that I now can't imagine my life without, I also got over a lot of my social anxiety through the process. I hope these tips are helpful for you as well!

I lived this too!!! Moved to Toronto in 2010 with no friends or family. Experienced the exact same struggles too for "making new friends".

It's tough!! I think there are unique struggles to making new friends in a big city (not necessarily harder than a small city, just different)

Hi Audrey, you are very well spoken! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on making friends. I like to make more friends, as my current circle is not big. We grew different ways after college. There are a couple people that I want to be friends with but their social circle is too big that I feel so little around them. I don’t want to bother them. What are your thoughts?!
