I am trying to figure out which book has the recipe for your gluten free flour mix and recipe for making tortillas. I see you have a book that is both gf and not gf. Is that where it is? I am not sure why I would buy a book that is both gf and not gf. Are the recipes in the not gf part of the book safe for gf folks? Is the recipe in the GF Homestead Pantry book?

The Ranchers Homestead Digital Cookbook is all regular recipes that can all be converted gluten free with simple steps. I say in each recipe how to make them gluten free if needed or if they are naturally gluten free. Along with a whole gluten free section with just gluten free recipes. I did my cookbook that way so that everyone could benefit whether you have to eat gluten free or not. The GF flour blend recipe is in that digital cookbook in the gluten free section.
