In this video I bake up the magical Mary from Mary's Test Kitchen's delicious Keto Sandwich Roll recipe. I am amazed at how soft, chewy, and delicious these rolls are! Each roll has only 4 net carbs and a whopping 20 grams of protein! Please make sure you drink lots of water with these rolls as they are so full of fiber - you want to keep things' rolling' along - if you know what I mean.

Here's what you'll need:
7 grams (1 package) Instant yeast
7 grams (1 tsp) maple syrup
350 ml (1 1/2 cups) warm water (110 degrees F)
175 grams Vital Wheat Gluten (1 cup plus 3 Tbsp plus1 1/2 tsp)
125 grams (1 cup plus 2 Tbsp) golden flax meal
100 grams oat fiber (8 Tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp)
7 grams salt (1 tsp)

162.7 calories
7.6g fat
20.2g protein
3.7g net carbs (17.7g total carbohydrates, of which 14g is from fiber, 0.7g from sugar)
1% DV Calcium
12% DV Iron
