How to Make Simple Syrup With Rose and Orange Blossom Water
Ingredients :-
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp rose water
1 tsp orange blossom water
Steps:-
1- In a small pot mix water and sugar and over low medium heat. Keep stirring until the mixture starts boiling. Then lower the heat and add lemon juice.
2- Let the mixture boil slowly over low heat for about 8-12 minutes.
3- The bubble will be a few in the begging then will start to increase. That mean the syrup is ready.
4- Remove from the heat and add rose water or and orange blossom water
5- Set aside to cool down and thicken. Pour in a clean and dry glass jar with a tight lid.
6- Keep outside or in the fridge for longer life storage.
7- Drizzle over many dessert or use it for drink mix
