How to make Lavash Bread with only 3 ingredients and without yeast - 4K Recipe
Lavash is a traditional thin, eastern originated flatbread . It is quite popular in Turkey with delicious kebabs, but also strongly associated with Armenia, Iran and other Middle Eastern countries. Lavash is usually made with common ingredients like flour, water, salt, yeast and sometimes a bit of olive oil.
In this video, I will be making a simple version of lavash with only flour, water and salt. Enjoy this flatbread while it’s still warm and soft, rolling it up to use in your favorite wrap.

- 200 ml water (approx. 200 g)
- 1 tsp salt

I had to watch this because I had no idea what Lavash Bread was, lol. While I am sure it is vastly different, it looks similar to a Naan bread, but obviously flatter. Interesting to learn about!!

Thanks for watching Richard! It's a traditional bread in Turkey and in many other neighboring countries, usually served with kebaps etc.. It is definitely related with naan bread and Lebanese flat breads, but with a bit of twist 😉
