Hi Trisha! I made milk cream this year and for the first time in my life. I had eaten these last year at a friend's place and wished to make them once. Thank you for posting this video. It gave me the confidence that it's not difficult. Everything that takes time is always the best. Anyways, the dish turned out "finger licking good"😋 I just couldn't stop putting bits into my mouth 😂 Thank you so much once again.

@TheAspiringHomeCook3 жыл бұрын
Hi Sarah, some of my viewers have added colour and it has worked well. Try to not add too much colour, it may make the milk cream sticky. If that happens, knead in a little icing sugar to get the proper consistency. Hope that helps.

Hello.. Would like to know if I should keep them in the fridge or it can be stored outside.. and till how many days it can be stored outside?
@TheAspiringHomeCook6 жыл бұрын
Jared, the shelf life depends on how well it was cooked and other factors like climate (heat and humidity). At room temperature, it should keep for about 8 days. If you store it in the fridge, in an airtight container about 2 weeks or so. Again, if refrigerated, depending on the climate, it may sweat a little when taken out of the fridge. Hope this helps.

Thanks Cassie, since this is a dairy based recipe, it wont keep for 3 weeks. Even refrigerated, if you're lucky it will keep for about 2 weeks. I usually make this at the very end of my sweets because of the short shelf life.
