Being a powerhouse of nutrients ,millets have several health benefits like lower blood pressure, cholestrol, helps in weight management.. etc. Here is a video to make healthy dosa using millet!

Ingredients:
Barnyard millet 1 c( 200 g)
Urad dal 1/2 c( 100 g)
Cooked rice 1/2 c
Fenugreekseeds 1/8 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Mahima healthy dosa receipe.While grinding you can use cooked barnyard rice instead of cooked white rice. Better to avoid rice.

Yes. I c millet. If you don’t like crispy texture, do not cook longer.
