Mam, This was really a healthy recipe. I'm cooking and eating the food without using rice , only millets for breakfast, lunch and dinner past 6months . I really reduced my weight about 5kgs. Thank you for posting the videos. Really useful 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thank you so much for this recipe. I've been cooking this from last few weeks.I had tried to include this as breakfast or dinner atleast twice or thrice a week. And Bingo!! After 6 weeks I lost 4 kgs.!!! So happy and feel healthy and light. I tried to mix other millets too and improvised this recipe to suit my taste. It was a success. Thank you dear Nisha mam for introducing this millet culture to my life. Lots of luv💕

This is a great recipe. Thank you for sharing. One question, while making the dosa on the cast iron skillet, how are you greasing it with sesame oil, saw a black color pouch, what was that ?

Oh, nice without having poha and cooked rice soft idli and dosas. Actually in our families we used to put our hand in a batter and nicely mixing would be ideal one for fermenting that idli or dose batter. It is always a usual thing in our homes. U also did it with nicely.
