Listen freinds, one thing to be noted is that when you put cheese in warm water so it shouldn't be too hot , it should be lukewarm water because if you put cheese in hot water so it will be grainy and will be separated into particles......i have faced this problem thats why i am telling you to be aware of this ..😊

Hello. Thanks for the video and detail recipe. Having made paneer several times before, was wondering what is it that step in the process which ensures we end up with Mozzarella and not paneer? Is it the warm water / ice water which gives the curds its stretch and melting properties ?

Who else is watching this during lockdown... 😂😂😹 before the lockdown i never used to enter the kitchen.. But after lockdown i got depressed without eating pizza, burger, and all other junk food so i used to see the videos of home cooking and i had to make my pizza of my own... When i made my first pizza it was as stone because i kept it in oven for a long time and it got burned... 😂😂😹😊

Making cheese especially mozzarella really depends on the quality of milk produced and presence of few important bacteria which helps making mozzarella. So my point here is , use different milk of different cow If you did not succeed once. Also do not use any sort of treated milk (like slim tone, tonned etc) . Use raw and pure cow milk. Also if any of you succeeded in making cheese share the milk brand you used.

Instead of vinegar I can use limejuce please reply me mam
@niken5384 жыл бұрын
I heard that using the milk of a cow that recently had a calf is really good in terms of flavor, it has more fat and more minerals I guess
@niken5384 жыл бұрын
@@innovationofyou9497 you probably couldnt form the curds with limejuice due to its high pH. vinegar, rennet and lemon juice is used because it separates the solids from the liquids in the milk as you can see in the video
@cherriandhercrazyideas.4 жыл бұрын
@@innovationofyou9497 yes definitely. Though vinegar works best. But lime juice also does the job but make sure to wash your cottage cheese which forms right after putting lemon/lime. Actually I tried it first time with lemon juice only. It worked okay.

i tried it just moments ago. took 1 litre of milk to try but had to use almost 4 table spoons of vinegar and one small lemon also. turned out nice though i think i might have not done the soaking in hot water correct as it is not very smooth in the end. also the quality of the milk might be a factor too. overall, good results!
