If coolies spread out too much and become thin, that can mean there’s too much butter :) so adding some more flour could help

You realize this is BS right? Neapolitan ice cream refers to the way Neapolitan immigrants were really talented with frozen desserts. That same way Neapolitan pizza means a pizza that would have been made in Italy 300 years ago.
