Butter and oil is a great combo that doesnt get pointed out enough

Can't you still chop the shrimp up into a patty and cook it in the+ oil and butter? The shrimp tend to fall out of the bun when they are left whole. I'm making this today with a shrimp patty on a roll of artisan ciabatta , French fries, and tomato bisque. Yummy for a cool fall day.
