Paneer - 200g
Onion - 2 medium size
Kashmiri chilli dried - 4
Dried red chilli - 3
Pepper - 1 tsp
fenugreek / vendayam - 1 tsp
coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1 tsp
Sombu/ Fennel seeds - 1tsp
Garlic - 4
Ginger - 1
tamarind- small piece
Salt - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tsp
curry leaves - few
Curd - 250 ml
