If you're a beginner (like me) watching this, I strongly recommend that you use a big bowl to incorporate the eggs and flour instead of the well technique and when it's completely mixed together then place it onto a board to knead it. I learned it the hard way.

@@tektoms What I said was that I made the recipe, while pointing out precisely what substitutions I made with the ingredients. Such information is often useful to others who read the comments and even to those presenting the recipes who often ask for viewers' personal suggestions. I then gave my evaluation of the result (rather than make it seem that the evaluation applied to the original recipe, which would have been inappropriate, and especially unfair to the chef in the video if my version of the recipe had turned out tasting like crap). I love it when people sit around with nothing better to do than troll people's comments on cooking videos. That certainly reflects a rich and meaningful life. And, it warms my heart when people end their comments with "LOL", as it really shows what a great sense of humor and joy in the hearts they have to literally be able to laugh out loud even at the most trivial and mundane things. It's so _awesome_ .
