Hello Mystery woman, I have been making corned beef pies with my eyes shut for years ( except I like mine with onion in ) Why do I watch other people do it ? I don't know. I just like to see all the various techniques and add ons.If I was a beginner I would find your recipes ideal to follow, they are not too long , they are well explained. I do like your compact processor its neat, could you tell me what make it is please.
