Only once have I seen him drop a spoon on dirt when he did outdoor cooking in foreign countries and he gave the local that spoon to try his scrambled eggs. Last time I dropped a fully wrapped jack in the box burger on forest floor I nearly died of food poisening. Throwing up all night sweating. extremely thirsty immidietly after and than throwing up more and repeat. All night.

The water is to cool the stove, without it the 100,000 BTU burner would warp the stove in under 5 minutes. That is one of the newer "waterless" wok stoves, it only uses around 1.5 liters a minute. The older models used 12 liters a minute. A standard water cooled stove in action kzbin.info/www/bejne/poirY36ir7yFirM A video explaining “waterless” wok stoves. kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6XCgJmYhqqGjA

82vaishali it’s to cool down the cooling station, so that it doesn’t become unsafe to work with. It flows to a drain on the other side, after coming in contact with the cook top.
