So glad everyone loves pho. It’s one of those dishes doesn’t matter what’s in it, it’s so good. The vegan one is so good.

FYI… Missing key condiments: Basils, black hosin and red siracha sauces are a must to really bring out the authentic Phở taste!!! I would not use the hot chili sauce as it would loose its intended authentic flavor! Other than that, your Phở recipe is deliciously amazing!!! 😋😋😋

Can I use Miso Paste in the place of the seasoning you mentioned?
@dawsonwatkinsofficial Жыл бұрын
If you don’t have mentioned seasoning, mushroom seasoning will do or just a touch more salt! Miso will make the broth less clear and is more for ramen instead of pho👍🌱

What do you do with the veggies from the Broth? Composting would be ideal! Debating whether to try this one tonight or, lol, trying to make Fett Alfredo again :D
@dawsonwatkinsofficial4 жыл бұрын
Composting would be good! I don’t have the ability to compost because it’s not allowed in my neighborhood but that’s a goal of mine one day. The veggies that aren’t too smashed, I eat them. The rest I squeeze out real good then I throw them away🌱
@English2Elvish4 жыл бұрын
@@dawsonwatkinsofficial Aye, composting would be ideal. Was wondering too since everything (including toasted spice) gets mixed together. But yeah, can eat the bigger chunks. I own my own home just no "land" to do that efficiently... In maybe 10 years time I'll decide to wither a) move away from the city to have some land and do gardening ect. or b) have a downtown condo. Haha, both extremes and I have not decided. That said, will have to try this one on the next round - bought goodies for Alfredo again ^-^

I made vegan pho one time when I still lived with my kids. It was delicious, but so expensive. We were really struggling financially, so that was the only time. Ultimately, I was too poor to keep that wife, she kept the kids from me, and I'll probably never make pho again. Won't have a kitchen any time soon. But I'm vegan til the end.
