I love this doll, especially the hair and face. Now you got me wanting to make dolls. I would be the one sewing each strand onto the head with a sharp tapestry needle ! Very time consuming. I really like the blue and black hair.

o thank you thank you, I was so waiting for you to post this.i never thought of making ears, I have the bodies sewn and ready to stuff. 35 years ago I made some dolls for my girls that were really nice holly hobbie but no longer have the pattern or really the vision to do that and these 2 dolls I am making are for my granddaughters age 2 and 6 weeks. .for Christmas. I want them to be able to play hard with them. and have lots of fun. thank you looking forward to your actual doll pattern. and how to do a face. again thank you for your time . diane in mexico

You're so welcome, sweetie. I am so sorry it's taking so long to get the doll video up. I actually spilled something on my keyboard to the computer I have my video editing software on and this computer has editing software, but I'm just finding my way around it so it's going to take a bit longer. I may work on it a little tonight.

Someone said you can glue some of the hair to the back of the head. Maybe that would help.

Did you find the complete doll kit I sent you. It is a custom, collectors doll. I think it is about 20 years old. a very cute baby doll. the kit is complete. At one time I loved making stuffed things, that is when I bought the doll kit and never made it. did you find it in the box I sent?

I did find the kit. I just haven't messed with it much. I had a request to make a rag doll from scratch, so I did this video for a viewer.
