Thank you very much for your question. That is a piece of very thick and flexible plastic that allows the rice paper to be very moist and easy to manouve. I asked that woman and she told me that she adapted her tools in time. That plastic, being flexible,allows the worker to manoeuvre the future rice paper easier. Thank you for watching my videos.
