@kemiadebiyi4 . With my experience in dough making and cooking, Corn starch in flour without yeast gives it that stretching texture and crispy when frying. Cornstarch in some sauces help thickens the stew or sauce and make it looks glossy look

@@SumayyaAbdullah-qt3gz you can decide to add corn starch dear. But the corn starch gives it that crunchy and crispy texture that you will love. I love my samosa super crunchy and crispy especially the left over small pieces makes my family go crazy when I make samosas

If you don't have oven you can use any grill that you have to do it. Oven if is a flat fry pan just cut your dough and roll them according to your pan to toast b4 you separate them
