Try kicking (kickboxing) on a large boxing bag, 5 to 10 min a day, guaranteed results in less then a month. Combine it with these exercises.

My advice is to not be concerned about leg size, work on leg strength and performance. If you want good solid legs, work on them by whatever means you can.

I turned out to be almost identical to my Father, in shape, and size, but I was stronger and more powerful than him, mainly because I worked at it out in the world and in the gymnasium. I never wanted to be big, just pound for pound strong, and fast, with decent agility. I figured why pack around too much weight if it just slows me down. My legs are long and lean, but well toned and quite strong. Now that I'm much older, I'm very happy with myself on all levels.🍀

@@irishmick6709 That's awesome man. I think for me, I had issues eating growing up (not liking food and never feeling hungry), so I grew up quite skinny. Now that I'm trying to put on weight however, it's very hard to gain weight in areas like your lower legs / arms, as there's not much muscle to really build there. My dads legs are normal sized, so I think I really just ruined it for myself as a child by not eating enough 🤣🤣

@@liam4184 ..I was similar to you growing up. I wasn't particularly crazy about Mom's food, so I ate just enough to maintain. I was a skinny little boy until I got out on my own, started eating, working, and exercising. I went from 5'8” 135 to 5'10” 180 with good muscle mass. I'm now slightly shorter but the same weight and I exercise every day. Even though I was the runt growing up, I'm now the healthy , strong one of the family. Put your mind to something positive and stay with it. Your biggest competitor is yourself! 🍀

Honestly just listen to your body every body is different you do have to take 1 or 2 rest days to let the muscle rest and grow if you don’t rest your not gonna have result cuz you are overworking the muscle and that can cause an injury

I’m gonna do this, yes I have a hour glass and stuff but my thighs are big but it’s my calves for some reasons They don’t match up at all! I don’t get mocked at school but sometimes my friends call me chicken legs and stuff it’s embarrassing so I’m gonna do this starting now and update every 2 weeks: Beginning-9/25/24 10/5/24-Been doing (20 in the morning,20 night)60 per week, and it’s going pretty good! As I do more each week my calves get stronger and I can do more than twenty

You can't forget nutrition.... You have to eat a lot of protein after working out... I used to work out with a guy he used to tell me especially after leg day.... Eat until it hurts then eat more .. im telling you he was right... I noticed my legs getting noticably bigger and stronger....
