Green Pea Sprouts have a delicious crunchy mildly sweet flavor. They grow fast and have a lot of vitamins.
In this video, we will show you how easily you can sprout green peas in a jar and harvest them after a few days.

STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:
1. Soak the seeds overnight:
3 tablespoons per 34 oz(1 l) jar.
Cover with filtered water.
Place in a dark place for 12-24 hours.
2. In the next morning drain the water using a cheesecloth:
You can reuse water to water your plants.
It’s important to drain the peas thoroughly.
3. Soak twice a day for 5 minutes (5-6 days).
4. Drain all the water from the jar.
5. place the jar upside down at an angle to allow drainage and air flow through the cheesecloth, using a bowl or dish rack to support the jar.
6. Keep storing the jar in a dark place.
7. Harvest.
8. Wash the sprouts and remove spoiled sprouts and
unsprouted seeds.
9. Drain with a colander or
move into a paper towel-lined container.
10. Let the sprouts dry completely.
11. Store in a closed container in
a refrigerator for up to week.
