Bacon seems great for BBQing it, if I do it in a cast iron I like to marinate it in olive oil and cook it with tons of butter. Adding diced serrano or jalapeno peppers into the patties also adds a nice spice I like. Great video!

First time ever and I can say it came out great didnt have all the ingredients but most of them. Even added a bit of red hot to the egg and my patties came out nice. Wasnt able to grill them but stove top was still great.
