Great video, we swapped the ground beef for ground turkey. Never had it over rice, we are an egg noodle family too. Also don’t pay attention to the other guys comment, he doesn’t even have a recipe in his channel. 🤣 We subbed, can’t wait to watch more of your videos!!

I was looking at how other people do it just to see if there's anything new i might do to improve it. Have you ever tried adding a bit of red wine or Worcestershire into it? Oh my goodness, it adds so much extra layers of flavor! I like how you thickened your- I'm trying that tonight! I did this roux thing and it's a good technique but is way more painstaking. Also going to try adding cream cheese! 🙌✨

1. Stroganoff is not made with ground beef . If you use ground beef, it's Hamburger Helper. 2. Your video package intro is way too long. It should be a maximum of 5 seconds. 3. Your knife skills are horrendous and dangerous. Hopefully no one that watches your channel will emulate you because they will cut themselves. 4. No one eats Stroganoff over rice. If it's over rice, it's not Stroganoff. See number 1.

Hey Dave! Ground beef stroganoff (which is what this is called) is most definitely made with ground beef. Sorry if that's confusing. Hamburger Helper is a brand with many different flavors, including a cheeseburger version (which is not what this is). Also, I think my video intro is just fine - feel free to use the skip ahead button any time. My knife skills are just fine and I don't have any cuts, but I appreciate your concern for my welfare and that of others. And I didn't say that I eat stroganoff over rice (ground beef stroganoff, mind you, not traditional stroganoff), just that I have heard others say they do.

hahah i was going to comment, but you took her to school. i am a chef myself, and there is so much wrong with her on so many levels, i don't know where to start. ill just leave it be. LOL
