They are as soulful as it gets with all of that comforting cream and cheese. Mercy, yall, they are heavenly. I pair these up with grilled lamb, roasted asparagus, honey rolls and sweet iced tea for an amazing dinner. It even goes great with meatloaf and well…anything really!

I know, this post is really late in time, however "WOW", the most bestest scalloped tater recipe ever! I love scalloped potatoes and have saved 5 other recopies, yet each one was like, "Oh, real scalloped potatoes is about layering the slices in a 'scalloped' pattern. And then, most of them don't add any cheese, or onions. Your recipe is the "BOMB", like your title and will cut down prep time in half. Now I can eat even earlier and enjoy a heavenly moment!
