Cheesy Scalloped Potato Ingredients
5 lbs. Russet Potatoes
2 cups Onions
6 Cloves Garlic or 6 tsp minced Garlic
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Flour
1 ½ cups Vegetable Broth
1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
1 tsp Salt - 1 tbsp
2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp J.O. #2, Creole Kick, or Seasoning Salt
8 oz. Sour Cream
3 cups Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese
1 cup shaved or shredded Parmesan Cheese

When I was a kid, my favorite comfort food was the cheesy scalloped potatoes my mom made. She would add leftover ham to them too, during the holidays. I needed a good recipe to use for my base, not to say my moms wasnt good but I needed a video to follow! Followed this and it was hands down, the BEST scalloped potatoes ive ever had. So far I've made your Buffalo chicken dip (I added sour cream. Can't remember if you did or not) and smothered chicken which I used bone broth with instead of chicken stock.
