Exactly, and not only that it also just sort of ruins miles as a character. I heard him say that he was introucing miles and that miles would be in college and I was immediatly reminded of the tv show from 2017, Miles was in the same school and was the same age as Peter, it just doesn't work out.

exactly! In the comics, Peter's been at it for a couple decades, I think, and in real life it's a bit more than that. It'd feel like Peter is giving up just after beginning.

I think miles could be a student in those university courses for high achieving high school students and peter is tutoring that program and that where they get to meet each other and miles can still be a high school student

I'd prefer if Mac Gargan becomes Venom and let Eddie Brock fight Andrew's Spider-Man. Also incorporate Spider-Man's relationship with F4 with him building a friendship with Johnny Storm as well as allowing Reed to study the symbiote like in the comics

I agree. Gargan would be more aggressive as Venom than Eddie as he has a vendetta anyways against Spider-Man. Eddie should fight Spider-Man in TASM3 to complete his triology and fight an alien like he wanted

I’d actually prefer peter’s “cool friend” be randy robertson, Robby’s son. We haven’t seen him on film yet and he and Peter are great friends in the comics, translating that friendship on film would be very unique.

If Randy become Peter's friend in the MCU he could be the one who convinces Peter to work for the Daily Bugle. There could easily be a scene where Randy sees that Peter is having trouble paying his bills so he says something like "Hey Peter, if you need a job I can talk to my father, he works for the Bugle. They might need someone like you".

I would love to see a whole rat pack of college characters. Throw Harry, Gwen, Glory Grant, Randy, Mary Jane(technically NOT Zendaya's character, tho they could always replace her with Felicia Hardy). This is exactly where all these comic favorite characters would fit perfectly.

I feel like Peter needs 2 more trilogies to full develop as a character. The college trilogy where he works alone for at least 3 movies. The adult trilogy where we get introduced to Miles in the 7th and he trains him to become the next Spider-Man, and retires at the end of the adult trilogy.

I understand your problem with spreading Venom over 2 movies, also the Osborns being a "retread" into past movies. But the symbiote just finding Eddie Brock in the MCU feels a little bit underwhelming. I'd have the symbiote basically be the main antagonistic of Spider-Man 5, then Spider-Man 6 would be Peter training Miles but also facing off against Norman as Green Goblin and Harry as Venom (to not retread the Venom movies I'd prefer if they switched hosts).

In my opinion it’d be cool if they did a similar thing to Eddie Brock as what they did to Harry in the Raimi trilogy, where Eddie starts as Peter’s friend but slowly grows to hate both him and Spider-Man, basically have Peter get the symbiote in Spider-Man 4 and have Eddie get it in Spider-Man 5

I agree with Venom as main Antagonist For the 6th movie I want it to be The Red Goblin that fights Peter. Maybe Norman fights whoever the host of venom in the 5th movie and obtains the carnage Symbiote maybe similar to VLTBC. I really want havoc created throughout NYC and have peter assemble a team like in comics but new so Johnny Storm, Miles Morales(introduced in spiderman 5 and solo film), Silk(Disney+ show), Daredevil, anti venom and maybe DeadPool who knows I’d love to see a red goblin

@@IcyDiamond Why not in this universe they have Eddie be a professor of journalism at the college Peter is going to. Peter takes one of his classes as an elective and Eddie take Peter under his wing. Peter is always looking for father figures and this universe's Eddie could be just that. But, slowly over time due to Peter's attitude with the symbiote when it infects this universe's Eddie it is more personal for Peter to be fighting his new mentor.

The pitch is good and I really like the changes you made (the Osborn idea isn't bad but I prefer if the MCU keep Spider man going to a new and different direction), HOWEVER, I have some criticism with some points: 1) I'm not a fan Miles and Peter having the same age since, in most versions, Miles starts his journey as teenager just like Peter, which explains why Peter decide to help the kid, since he sees alot of him in Miles (a boy who gain power and is learning responsabilities that come with this power). I think would be more interesting if, after this trilogy, the MCU had more six Spider man movies with Miles as the main character, the first trilogy could be his origin with Peter (now older and probably married) been around as his mentor until the third movie where he could lose his life in battle, passing officially the mantle to Miles, with the second trilogy having him dealing with Peter's death and the responsabilities of being the new and only Spider man. 2) I don't think you should have Peter overcoming the alien right in this movie. If you plan to use Mr Negative in the sixth movie, why not just have Peter with symbiote, which could work to create a great similarity between the hero and the villain (both men who are being corrupt by a dark force)? As Peter learns to overcome the symbiote, he would learn how to help Negative to break free from his evil personality.

I love this concept though, rather than giving MCU Eddie Brock the symbiote (as we'd have a 3rd Eddie Brock which feels kinda overdone). I'd rather have MacGargan from the last movie come across the Symbiote, both looking to have revenge with Peter. They fuse together and become MacGargan's Venom and basically just fill the role of Eddie's Venom in this concept. Only difference is once, Venom is defeated, Symbiote is confiscated and MacGargan gets arrested. Then bla bla bla Agent Venom.

We had one in spider man 3 which was comic accurate but really lacked the charisma the character has and wasn't supposed to be added and the second one hase little to no connection with spider man. This time, the mcu could take their time setting up Eddie and venom anger towards Spidey during the 3 movies and making him the final antagoniste of the trilogy.

It just makes so much sense having Peter wear the black suit and Black Cat luring him to a darker path. I also want Mr. Negative as the villain in that movie so it would make everything about this movie black and white which is really cool. I'm so happy right now!

Mr Negative could also work as dark reflection of what Peter is becoming with the symbiote. Just like Martin Li is being corrupt by his evil personality, Peter is letting himself being corrupt by the symbiote. The way Peter breaks free from the symbiote influence could also help him discover how to defeat Mr Negative and free Martin Li.

If Marvel were sticking with the 9 movie plan for Holland, Venom would be perfect for The 8th movie in the third trilogy with The Goblin as the Villain for the 9th movie. My Spider Man 5 would have mostly focused on Developing Harry and Peter's friendship as The A Plot and Silvermane and Black Cat as The B Plot. My pick for the villain would have been the Lizard. The scene in your Spider Man 4 pitch of Peter meeting Norman would be in this one, too. Otherwise, Great pitch. Can't wait to see the 6th one.

That would be nice if this wasn't Holland's last trilogy. It took Sony and marvel an 8 figure deal with Holland just to do 3 more. Holland said that he won't be playing Spidey after he turns 30 aswell. As I would love to have a holland for 9 movies it's a false dream.

The Osborn's being in this trilogy makes more sense than them not being in it. Miles should be more like 1610 where he never had a mentor in Peter and had to do it all alone.

exactly. Miles is a great character because he has that connection to peter, being the only other Spider person and not helping him when he knows he could have. it won’t be as interesting if they just go the ps4 route and have them be friends, it’s just not the best way to do it.

I like what you got going. I'd like: 1) Miles to be younger and volunteer at feast. I wouldn't want these movies to dive too deep into him. His relationship with his uncle and all that can be saved for his own set of movies. 2) The venom in this universe to be a returning Marc Gargan (scorpion). Would love for him to be a recurring bad guy for Spidey. 3) While at first I didn't want another version of Norman, but I really loved your casting and it almost turns me around to the idea. I think they will stick with characters we haven't seen, but I would actually like of Norman was the villain in 3. That's Pete's worse nightmare back to haunt him. Maybe he even dies leaving a newly mentored Miles to take up the mantle alone. Enjoying your videos and the world you've created.

Totally called a bunch of this in my comment on your Spider-Man 4 video! The black suit storyline and Black Cat’s bad influence combining to corrupt Peter, Chloë Grace Mortez as Felicia Hardy, and even the overall comparison to Web of Shadows. As for how this more detailed version could lead into a sixth movie, here’s my pitch: to bring Peter’s character full circle, we root the personal conflict in mercy versus revenge. Maybe Martin Lee is in the same spot that he was in No Way Home with Osborn, determined to kill Silvermane for a misdeed in the past. Wanting to act as the same voice of reason that Tobey and Andrew did for him, Peter intervenes and during one of their battles, Jefferson Davis gets killed. This makes Miles the third to repeat the cycle, blaming Lee and wanting Revenge for his dad. But unlike Lee, Miles ultimately listens to Peter and the two team up in the finale. Peter concludes his story by realizing that there’s more to the lesson that he learned in No Way Home than he thought: it’s not just about not relying on mentors like Stark or Strange, but that he’s actually meant to be that mentor to others like Miles. This can be bookended with a fun callback to Civil War where right before the credits role, Miles’s iconic suit is finally revealed after Peter calls out “underoos” just like Tony did for him.

I think adding miles in so early would do a disservice to Peter. I think there are other characters you can replace him with. Such as Randy Robertson son of Robbie Robertson of the daily bugle, which can be why Peter start working for the bugle. Not to mention Robbie Robertson has a fued with another spiderman mobster tombstone. Whose daughter is the beetle and is dating Randy. Another character you could use is Fredrick foswell who was the big man and also worked at the bugle and Fredrick foswell jr.

also, even from the last video, Gwen has already been done, and peter parker has had tons of other girlfriends in the comics. i think mary jane should still be in the background, its a great set up for black cat to become the central love interest for the next 3 movies (even though their relationship is kind of doomed from the start).

It would feel more natural to have the symbiote bond with the scorpion. Spider-Man is afraid to kill and he almost kills scorpion causing his hatred creating venom. At the end sword can experiment on the symbiote with the code name agent venom. Potentially setting up someone to dawn that mantle. I feel like this movie should also introduce one or two villains that could be part of the sinister six, because the 6th film should definitely have that team.

Let me know how you would conclude this story going into Spider-Man 6 !! Spiderman 5 clarify/change: Miles: Love what you guys are saying that Miles should be younger, hence the passing of the torch, I think a nice way for them to meet then if he's younger is at F.E.A.S.T, the homeless shelter May volunteered at, Miles and Peter might volunteer there (peter volunteers to remind himself of May) they become friends etc, it'd also be a great way for both of them to meet Martin Li who is Mr Negative. Venom: Like Sam Raimi I don't have any interest in the character, he doesn't have a level of depth that I find captivating in the slightest and he was created out of the 90's (a time of excess in comic books) he's just a brute force revenge character to me and that's why I've treated him this way, sure there's agent venom and more nuanced Eddie Brock stories but I don't want that to take precedence over Peter or Felicia's story here, hence making him a third act villain.

Well since you seem to be leaning towards Mr. Negative as the next crime boss of NYC, maybe Spider-Man teams up with Cloak&Dagger(possibly the Hulu version) to enforce that theme of mentorship. Peter could then help be a guiding hand to Miles as he cements himself as the heart of NYC.

I feel like Felicia should be the main love interest. We've already gotten two trilogies with MJ and a dulogy with Gwen. It's time for someone else to be given the romantic spotlight. Personally speaking Black Cat has always been my favourite of Peter's girlfriends, ever since I first saw her in Spidey TAS. I like the idea of him becoming involved with someone who, whilst similar to him in several respects, is also his opposite. Who do you pair up with Spider-Man? A guy whose primary character schtick is responsibility? A lady whose very irresponsible, though, not heartless. I like the idea of them teaching the other something important. Cat teaches him to unwind, have some fun, providing a much needed release & Spidey in turn teaches her how to be more heroic, bringing out her more selfless, noble side. They complete, contrast & compliment each other perfectly. To me, Peter & Felicia's burgeoning relationship should be the heart of this new trilogy. You can have the 3rd film end with them getting hitched, Spidey passing the mantle onto Miles before they elope. They have a daughter, thus setting up a Spider-Girl spinoff series.

I like some of these ideas, but I really dislike not putting the Osborns in the MCU (I think I'd rather see Tombstone in this film instead of Silvermane, or maybe include both of them, with Tombstone being a henchman like Scorpion would be in the fourth). One of my problems with this version of the character is the lack of iconic allies and rivals in Peters' supporting cast; there's been no Harry Osborn for three movies, which just feels wrong IMO. You don't have to do the Green Goblin again, but I'd at least like to see them in it to see how Peter would react after meeting Dafoes' Norman and Aunt Mays' death, plus you could then adapt the Dark Avengers or the Hobgoblin story (instead of doing Norman as the villain again, perhaps introduce Roderick Kingsley as Normans' business partner, or make Harry/Ned the Hobgoblin from the Ultimate comics). I also think Venom should be Mac Gargan or even Harry, since I think it would be kind of a waste to make Tom Hardys' Eddie a one-dimensional villain IMO (We completely disagree on Venom as a character, but I get why people dislike him. Apparently, Sam Raimi doesn't actually dislike the character, he just didn't plan to use him in the third movie). Mac Gargan makes the most sense as Venoms' host since he already has a grudge against Peter, plus he'd want to kill him even more after being beaten as Scorpion. I personally want Andrew Garfield to crossover with the Venom movies instead of bringing Tom Hardys' Eddie Brock back into the MCU (they could also adapt the young version of Eddie from the Ultimate universe). I personally wish Peter could get a third trilogy, just so we can see all of these villains get enough screentime (the Osborns, Venom, Mr.Negative etc.) and let Peter mentor Miles during said trilogy (it would be their trilogy together, with Peter having a bigger role in the 7th and/or 8th movie, whereas the other films can focus more on Miles, who will probably get his own movies eventually). Rant over lmao.

i love the black and white motif however i feel like its a lot of characters/villans. plus do we need to have another eddie brock as vemon in the final fight? i know vemon would need a host, but i doubt sony would want to have two eddie brocks. perhaps vemon starts taking over random people in the city jumping from host to host as they aren't perfect matches until spidey and black cat capture vemon. then store him somewhere or give it to someone for safe keeping.

LOL! Literally was watching your old Moon Knight video after the trailer dropped, then saw this in my feed right after XD But LOVE this pitch for Spider-Man 5 (The title is a nice callback too). Gives strong Spectacular Spider-Man vibes, which is AWESOME, and think saving the Symbiote for the fifth film is the right call. The only thing I'd say is that perhaps, at the end of the film, the Symbiote goes on Mac Gargan instead of Eddie. That way you don't need to spend time introducing an alternate Eddie and use a character introduced in the background of the last film, while also doing something different with Venom. This being said, Eddie Brok IS Venom, so I understand wanting to see that, and I'm curious what the MCU does end up going with. Overall, another great pitch, and will definitely be here to hear about the concluding installment.

I don't think I want the symbiote to "corrupt" Peter. That was only ever something made up for the 90s show, and it stuck, but I think that's extremely lame. I think it would be more interesting if Peter simply got drunk off its power or something of the sort, the fault laying within himself. This especially makes sense considering this is the symbiote from Sony's Venom, who doesn't have any emotional/behavioral effects on Eddie whatsoever. What I like about Venom from the comics, Neversoft game, and the Sony movies is that, despite his spiteful attitude towards Peter, isn't ultimately a villain - sure he can get selfish, but at the end of the day, Venom DOES want to be a hero like he used to see Peter as (and, he hopes, surpass him), just that he's a space alien who doesn't perfectly understand human/Earth nuances and can get irrational, especially when it comes to his former hero whom he sees as having "betrayed" him. We have seen "monstrous" evil Venom in literally every other adaptation of his character: Spider-Man 3, the 90s TAS, Spectacular, Web of Shadows, and honestly all of the other shows and games at this point - not even Spectacular could make it interesting to me. I think it's time we got a naive and misguided (but ultimately goofy) Venom go up against Spider-Man, and I think Sony's Venom fits this role perfectly. [[[NWH Spoilers]]] As someone who likes that interpretation of the character a lot, seeing Tom Hardy's Venom get immediately sucked back into his home dimension right before actually getting to stand off with Peter felt like an awful bait and switch, and I would hate to see a brand new "MCU" Venom/Eddie I have no attachment to take his place. I'd really want to see Hardy!Venom make a return back to the MCU, if not in Dr. Strange 2, then in whatever Spider-Man film Venom shall appear in. So, what would I want out of a movie between these two characters? Well, regardless of how Hardy!Venom makes it back to the MCU, he could probably sense his other self being bonded to Peter, and seeing how Peter is growing cocky with his newfound power and taking advantage of him. Combined with a probable misunderstanding over the "true" villain, they could duke it out, but ultimately reconcile after realizing they're fighting for the same thing, and having Eddie give Peter a well-needed talk about relationship responsibility (possibly tying in with Peter's behavior around Black Cat, Gwen, or his friends in general). Then, Neversoft Spider-Man style, they could team up as a buddy cop duo attempting to form a plan, deduce who the mastermind is behind whatever crimes are being committed, and take him down together, with various banter sure to be included. The actual villain could be anybody - could be Silver Sable, Norman Osborn, or literally anyone, so long as it genuinely is built up from the beginning of the film and is an entertaining surprise - could even be an outright supervillain if they wanted to go that route instead of street-level, it depends.

Loving these videos you're putting out. The only thing i would change is the eddie brock portion. What made venom so compelling in the comics is that both eddie and the symbiote had a hatred for parker/spiderman- this is why they are venom to spiderman. There needs to be an established rivalry between brock and parker at the daily bugle. I believe Marvel knows this and is one major reason why they are rebooting the character in the MCU.

Really nice ideas! Got me hooked from start to finish! Only one thing i'd like to change: Letting Venom search for this universes Eddie Brock seems like a rather plain idea, as the MCU always seem to look for new characters to introduce and new stories to tell. And with the story of Eddie Brock + Venom having been told twice by now, I feel like it would be a way more interesting idea to let Venom in the MCU combine with Flash Thompson to introduce Agent Venom to the big screen for the first time. Maybe Venom has the ability to bring back Flash's lost memories after seeing all memories of this universe's Peter Parker, so that Flash as Agent Venom has a motivation to fight Peter, as he is now angry that Peter never wanted to be his friend and Venom aids the emerging rage. Therefore you don't only get a completely new character but also an old one with which the viewer already is familiar with who also has the opportunity to redeem himself in a sequel to this, fighting alongside Spider-Man against the next big villain in the sixth movie! Gotta hope, Tobey Maguire will also be back for the finale to see this new version of Venom and being stunned by its' kindness.

I think Peter should meet Miles through feast. Peter should continue to check in on it as volunteer, seeing it as his last connection to May. There he meets Miles who is being forced by his mom to work there and help people. Peter can teach him what May did and hook Miles up with an internship at the lab. This also would give us more time at FEAST which could further the bond, then hatred Peter has for Lee for ruining May’s legacy

In my opinion it's a better idea if the symbiot is introduced in Spiderman 4, by the end of the movie Peter decides to take it and keep it out of the wrong hands. During Spiderman 5 he finally bonds with Venom and separates from him by the end of the movie, all while slowly setting up Eddie Brock thoughtout Spiderman 4 and 5. This will allow him to bond with the symbiot in a mid credit scene to set him up as the main villain of the 6th movie.

Just keep the Osborns, and you will have a great story on your hands. I liked your approach on how to advance the trilogy and Peter's story, comparing to Two Towers and Empire Strikes Back. I feel like venom shouldnt die. Maybe peter could convince him that he didnt kill mysterio and they become frienemies and butt heads a bit in the next 2 moves and possibly the trilogy after that. that way we could get characters like anti venom, agent venom, agent anti venom, carnage, and maybe even toxin. also, i feel like eddie should be established just a little more, something like spider man 3 where peter makes him lose his job which causes a chain reaction of him losing his house because hes a hundred dollars short or something for his rent causing him to hate peter which fuels venom even more. venom should NOT control eddie.

I do agree that Venom was done exceptionally well in Spectacular, but a major factor for why he was done so well was Eddie. Eddie was around from the very beginning, so we got to see him regress from Peter's bro and Spidey supporter to not trusting Peter at all and resenting Spider-Man. While you may be able to do the Symbiote justice in one movie, it is very difficult to do Venom justice in one movie. Maybe with a bit of tweaking, you could incorporate Eddie, but that's just my opinion. I'd imagine he'd be upstaged by Peter with Spidey photos and grow a sense of resentment towards him and have Spidey do something that ruins him so he grows resentment for Spidey. Like I said, this is just my opinion. I'm spitballing like mad here.

I love your vids talking about these things man! But I think the symbiote would be perfect for Spider-Man 4 instead because Peter is at his most vunerable and, like you said, he has to learn to let people in again. In Spider-Man 4 we would have a street level story but one that is also intimate and personal where Spidey is going up against Scorpion and after losing but Scorpion retreats because Jameson told him to. Peter would head back to his apartment, is so tired and angry he didn't beat him and then falls asleep. He would then get infected by the symbiote as it traveled from host to host to find him and ounce he crashes on his bed, it attaches himself to him and Peter would essentially go through the same as you said just in a different storytelling context. Anyhow your ideas sound better then mine. I would explain more but I don't want to overflow the comment section.

tbh I think you should keep the Osborns. Sure, Dafoe's performance is amazing but Norman Osborn is such an interesting character that i think he can't be tied to just one role, there's so much stuff to be done with him yet.

I think we should also think about big things happening to Peter in other movies he appears in. For example, we are getting Secret Invasion soon in the MCU, and after that Secret War will probably happen. Which would be a great opportunity to give the black suit to Peter, so they won't have to focus on the origin of the suit in his own movie. I could also imagine a scene where Peter learns the suit is alive by asking Reed Richard about it, although that wouldn't work as well as your idea dramatically. Just stuff like that in general, I want Spider-Man to be the lone wolf hero from now on too, but I still want crossovers to happen, but not (only) in his own movies (like your Spider-Man 4 video), but in other movies as well.

First I want to preface with I LOVE THESE VIDEOS! Keep up the awesome work! I think you need to keep Harry and Norman. Yea Willem’s Green Goblin is great but Toby and Andrew had great spidermen and we kept recasting for new stories. GG is the quintessential spiderman villain. He’s in a lot of ways the foil to Peter. He and Peter are both incredibly intelligent and embodied with a drive to better the city. But Norman shows what happens when you let power corrupt you and don’t accept the responsibility that comes with it. Also having Peter deal with an MCU GG knowing what Toby’s did to aunt may is, in my opinion, way more compelling than anything you could do with Martin Li. I think if you want to cut Norman to build miles, you make movie 6 the true sinister 6. Built with all MCU characters and an MCU spiderman team up. A call back to the end of the 1st trilogy but with far more stakes, set-up and payoff.

Ok really risky idea here. What if instead of Eddie, Miles gets the symbiote. Imagine if this was the start of Miles hero journey, once Peter has gotten rid of the symbiote he has to help Miles realize the same things and becomes an even stronger mentor for him, maybe Peter even reveals his identity in their confrontation. I k ow its not comic accurate but it would be something really cool and new that no one would expect. Oh also have Daredevil and Kate Bishop reprise their roles from the last video and they'd be the antithesis to Black Cat.

great job, I agree with almost everything, I think if this path is taken we will be able to see a spiderman that meets everyone's expectations and does justice to the most serious and mature part of the character... to add in general I really liked the cast, I I can see perfectly on the big screen, maybe for black cat I don't feel that Chloe Grace Moretz (beautiful) is the best option, I think an actress is needed who carries with her a more mysterious, attractive vibe and I hate to say it but maybe more sensual, you you know that's how the character is, for this reason I see more of a dove cameron; Thank you very much for the best content.

I think that having mr negative as the main over arching villain of the collage trilogy is a great idea, and having Gwen Stacy be a friend/love interest of peter Parker and black cat as a friend/love interest of Spider-Man which could create a theme of trying to keep both lives seperate but eventually, by the end of the 5th movie he learns to become one person with both identities but I don’t think that peters new best friend shouldn’t be harry or miles but instead Eddie Brock. It’s a good way of setting him up as a good friend before he could become venom in the 5th movie and I think that if they were to make him peters best friend they should take inspiration from the relationship between the 2 characters in the spectacular Spider-Man tv show

I want to see Prowler to be one of the other villians working under king pin, that'd be so bad ass, and id love to see donald glover as aaron davis in the mcu again. Who knows maybe he realizes that he lives in the same apartment complex as miles and has to deal with the guilt of putting the kids uncle behind bars or just roughing him up too much.
