One of my favorites of yours Eric. Your individual video examples great help *conceptualize* the key points which is huge for layman's like myself. 👍

Great video that is a must for every aspiring learner of golf. Very revelatory on swing impacts of various right wrist. hand and arm manoeuvres. A must learn- from- video going forward. Lots of stuff to digest here and to be taken seriously if its full import is be appreciated. Thanks again Eric.

Very timely for me. From videos I noticed my right wrist is flat up on top and constantly flip. Concentrating on bending it back has produced wonders. Thank you!

It's like you're reading my mind! These are all the questions I struggle with and they don't get much attention from most instructional videos and articles. I can now plainly see where my fundamental faults are with my takeaway. Another great video!

Great vid and explanation per usual🤙 been fighting overswing entire life and dead set fixing it this off-season for more consistency. Have had HARD time focusing one ONE element that will carry over to other components to fix it, from this vid it seems like less external rotation of shoulder and more internal would be huge and simple feel to shorten swing🤔

Ok Eric, I have mentioned many times that I cannot seem to stop crossing the line at the top of my backswing. Would more right arm rotation cause this or less?

Thanks Eric. I use Swing profile, mirror vision and my go pro for feedback but, once I step over the ball the mind short circuits.

Only practice with a ball. No practice swings without a ball Only go as fast as you can produce figure first 30 days no faster then 20% speed Month 2 40% speed Month 3 60% speed Month 4 80% speed Month 5 shit hits the fan back to 60% speed Month 6 back to 80% So 6 months from now with incredible discipline with your work at 20-30 swings per day you would have what you want. Anything faster/quicker than that less likely it sounds like for you

Eric, I have been flipping. This session is a solution. My problem is when I try to blend the 5 parts into the swing my shoulders, arms, and wrists become tense along with grip pressure as soon as I start. Any suggestions?

Hey John! I would really need to see your swing to offer you specific advice thats worthwhile. Feel free to check out www.cogornogolf.com so you can send me your videos and I can help!

The hinge of the right wrist was more of an oversight to me. I can see how it upsets balance and power of the swing. These are ideas to take to the driving range. It’s fun to have lots of ideas for the driving range. Maybe you should direct people more openly to not play with fire on the course. Thanks

This seems like WAY too much information but I suppose he did preface with that.... however... why intentionally rotate your forearms at all? My understanding is to start the backswing with torso and arms AS ONE - so as you start a backswing that way, your club head stays square, not open or closed, because all you did was rotate your torso and let your arms move with it.
@CogornoGolf4 жыл бұрын
Hey Scott! Thanks for the feedback! I would suggest you intentionally rotate or not...simply presenting the info here. You can decide what you want to do!
