I made Cuban Oxtails for a big dinner about 5 years ago. For about 11 years, a friend would host and I would cook a different ethnic cuisine every year. People tore them up. They're a forgiving thing to cook. Just sear then braise them slowly and get ready for the mouth watering to start.

You had me at Oxtails. I've made Cuban Oxtails (Rabo) and they were a hit. I prefer to go someplace like Northgate market to get uniform pieces instead of the smaller sections you usually get with the packaged type. But the smaller ones can be used for stock. Shoot, I might have to go to Northgate over the weekend and make some. The Cuban style is simple but this is beyond simple and looks like I wouldn't be able to stop going back to the crock pot. They must smell awesome. And the gravy looks like something you'd want to swim in 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
