Actually, Kristina, it's better for u to eat smoothies with a spoon! I found out the hard way, can't drink them up! Some will now mention to do this (spoon), & u can take up the nutrients better, digest it, easier on yr tummy! Mona, UK (love ur videos, ur sweet).

Age won't be a problem as far as losing weight. I started eating this way at age 69 and lost 50 pounds. Lost 15, then 6 and 5 pound every month. When my ideal weight was reached the weight loss just automatically quit. I feel like I did in my twenties and the only pills I take are B12 and vit D. All labs are excellent. Wish I had started this 50 years ago because life would have been so much more fun.

I just want to thank you sooooo much Kristina for this video because this morning I wasn’t going to make my daughter’s vegan lunch. We are low budget and just don’t have a lot of fresh veg in the fridge at the end of the month but we watched this vid!!! And we played the music to your intro over and over while we scavenged the kitchen. We had enough to make a carrot/pear/green apple salad with peanutbutter on the side for her lunch. Lol just thank you for inspiring our kids!!! & me!!!!! Xoxo

Love your videos! You've inspired me to eat raw vegan up here in Ohio. Just bought my 1st juicer at Bed Bath and Beyond (Breville juice fountain plus) for 150 bucks. Getting a masticating juicer once my overtime picks up at work. My fridge is rediculous, over flowing with fruits and vegetables. I'm not on any meds and never had any health issues at age 46. Just want to stay healthy and happy with food and exercise. To many people I know, have died way to young. It has to be the food and pharmaceuticals they ate. So I'm going vegan now! Your amazing!
