Dear friends,
Here i am going to show you how to make veg thenthuk as well as non veg thenthuk which is a very popular foods in Tibetan society. During the cold days we used to have thenthuk which will keep our body warm.
Ingredients
1: flour and Water
2: Radish and bok choy
3: some black pepper
4: some bone and ginger
5: 1 Onion 1/2 Sichuan pepper
6: 2cup water and some Salt.
