Hi Helly, I have successfully reduced usage of social media. I didn't uninstall facebook or insta, but I turn off their notifications. And it helped me a lot! And I started going back to my hobbies like drawing which I wasn't practicing for years due to studies & stuffs.. I do paintings for at least half an hour daily to stay productive. And one more thing that helped me is: listening to a motivational podcast every morning. It helps me to stay motivated all day long. And in free time, i watch your videos. I'm a bengali, and of your age.. Proud of you dude! egiye jao..

Limiting the distractions- Yes rightnow I'm practicing it! Especially with mobile you know simply I've restricted it to not to use from 6am to 6pm.. With this decision a hell of productivity going up on my side! 😊
